Using Farmpays Services

By using Farmpays, you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms are important, so please take a moment to review them carefully. We offer a wide range of services, and some may have additional terms that apply specifically to them. For example, if you use your profile, online showroom, coupons, media library, or mobile app, you’ll also be subject to any terms and agreements specific to those features.

Whenever you interact with Farmpays through our website, email, text message, or mobile app, you’re communicating electronically. You consent to receive electronic communications from us, such as emails, texts, push notifications, or website postings. This includes information on our online forum and other Farmpays services.

Intellectual Property

All content you see on Farmpays, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, downloads, data compilations, and software, is protected by copyright laws and is the property of Farmpays or its content suppliers. This extends to the overall compilation of content presented on Farmpays.

Farmpays trademarks and trade dress may also be found throughout our services. These marks are protected and cannot be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in a way that could confuse customers, or in a way that could damage Farmpays’ reputation. Any other trademarks you see on Farmpays belong to their respective owners.

License and Access

Farmpays grants you a limited license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with our terms and conditions and any applicable fees. The license does not allow you to:

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions. You cannot reproduce, copy, sell, resell, exploit commercially, or visit Farmpays services for any commercial purpose without our written consent. This includes framing techniques to copy our layout or content, using meta tags or hidden text with our trademarks, or misusing our services in any way.

Your Account

If you create an account with Farmpays, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Farmpays offers products and services to adults who can make purchases using a credit card or other approved payment method.

Farmpays verifies the quantity and size of live animals listed on our website at the pick up point when you receive your order. This ensures you get exactly what you expect.

Farmpays and Animal Health

While Farmpays can’t guarantee the health or long-term viability of your livestock, we can offer helpful advice. If you have concerns after receiving your animals, we may take action against the vendor if multiple customers report similar issues.

We recommend researching breeds and strains and consulting your veterinarian before purchasing any livestock. You can also find helpful reviews on our product pages.

Farmpays Buyer Protection

To be eligible for Farmpays Buyer Protection, your purchase must follow our standard payment procedures, which involve using your Farmpays account. This protection is time-sensitive; you must claim your order within 12 hours of pickup to qualify.

Farmpays will review any claims of unmet expectations and may offer replacements or partial/full refunds at our discretion. For full details, please refer to our Buyer Protection policy on the Farmpays website.

Navigating Your Farmpays Purchase

  1. Find Your Item: Explore our selection of farm produce, agro-products, and more.
  2. Choose Your Options: Select the desired variety, size, or bundle.
  3. Add to Cart: Place your item in your shopping cart.
  4. Adjust Quantity: Modify the quantity if needed.
  5. Proceed to Checkout: Review your cart and click “Buy” followed by “Next.”
  6. Enter Details: Provide your personal information and shipping address.
  7. Confirm Order: Verify your order details before finalizing.
  8. Secure Payment: Enter your bank card details (number, expiration date, and CVV code). Your card information is protected by our secure payment system.

  10. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Zenith Bank, FARMPAYS INTEGRATED AGRIC VENTURES, 1017431636 Please use your order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. After payment, send your payment proof to WhatsApp at +234 8108452311

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your order within three hours of purchase by visiting “My Orders,” selecting the order, and clicking “Cancel Order.”

Refunds may be eligible if:

  • The product quality is significantly lower than described, defective, damaged, or misrepresented.
  • You return the product to the farmer or agro-merchant. Contact our support team for the return address.
  • We require proof of return shipment before processing a refund. We aim to process refunds within 43 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless received defective:

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or that have been mixed with other items.
  • Custom-made or personalized products, especially handmade items.
  • Products that deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Products damaged due to negligence, misuse, or activities other than the intended purpose.

Farmpays does not cover return shipping costs.

Initiating a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Cancel Within 3 Hours: For recent orders, cancel directly on the “My Orders” page.
  • Report Quality Issues: If the product quality is significantly lower than described, go to “My Orders,” select the order, and report the issue.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the card used for the original purchase. We aim to complete refunds within 14 days, with a typical processing time of 2-3 days.

Our Legal Terms

Farmpays services, information, content, materials (including software), and other offerings are provided “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise stated in writing. We make no express or implied warranties regarding Farmpays services or the content they provide. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF FARMPAYS SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmpays disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our services, content, or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.  

Farmpays will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services or the content they provide. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages unless otherwise specified in writing. Some laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.  

Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements arising from your use of Farmpays services or products sold by Farmpays.com will be settled through binding arbitration, except for claims within the jurisdiction of small claims court. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted individually and not combined. There is no right to a jury trial in arbitration, and review of an arbitration award is limited. However, the arbitrator can award the same relief as a court and must follow these Terms and Conditions. Farmpays will not seek attorney’s fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator finds the claims frivolous. You may choose telephone, written submissions, or in-person arbitration at your residence or another mutually agreed location.

Governing Law

By using Farmpays services, you agree that federal law governs these Terms and Conditions and any dispute that might arise between you and Farmpays.

Modifications and Severability

Farmpays reserves the right to modify its website, policies, Service Terms, and Conditions at any times. Any condition deemed invalid or unenforceable will be considered severable and not affect the remaining conditions.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission on Farmpays, please report it to us. We take copyright infringement seriously and are committed to protecting the rights of creators.
