Manual Fruit Slicer and Sugarcane Juicer (50kg/hr)

This manual fruit and sugarcane machine works by hand, so it needs no electricity. Steel rollers press sugarcane for fresh juice and can also process ginger and soft fruits, at up to 50kg per hour. The stainless steel body is simple, stable, quiet and easy to wash. It weighs about 30kg, with rollers 108mm wide and 75mm in diameter. It suits juice vendors, small restaurants, market sellers and farm stands.

How to use

Bolt or clamp the machine to a firm table. Wash the sugarcane and peel it if you want cleaner juice. Place a clean container under the outlet.

Feed the cane between the rollers and turn the handle steadily. Pass the cane through two or three times to get more juice.

Safety and maintenance

• Keep fingers away from the rollers; feed short pieces with care.
• Rinse and scrub the rollers after every session so sugar does not ferment.
• Dry fully and oil the gear lightly with food-safe oil.

Does it need a generator?
No. It is fully manual and turned by hand.

Can it slice plantain or vegetables?
