Nantes carrots are a Royal Seeds Company heirloom cultivar that has underground roots that produce tall, green stems and are edible. The fruits of the Nantes carrot have a delicate, sweet flavor and are crisp and soft. They range in size from small to larger and are cylindrical with blunt, rounded ends on both the stem and non-stem end, with an average of 17 to 20 cm in length and 2 to 5 cm in diameter.

How To Grow A Carrot And Harvest It
Give carrots loose, rich soil that is free of clods and stones, and they will grow easily.
