Qrop Potassium, also called Qrop K, is a potassium nitrate fertilizer made from natural raw materials mined in northern Chile. It contains 13% nitrate nitrogen and 45% potash (K2O). It is chloride-free, dissolves easily and is taken up fast. Potash strengthens stems and roots, improves fruit and tuber filling and helps plants cope with stress. Farmers use it on potato, vegetables and fruit crops, and it blends well with other straight fertilizers.

How to use
Use the rate on the label for your crop. Broadcast by hand or spreader, or side-dress along rows close to the plants. Work it into the top 10 to 15 cm of soil or water it in. Around growing plants, mix it in gently so you do not damage roots.

When should I apply Qrop K on tomato or pepper?
Apply from flowering through fruit fill, when the crop needs the most potash.
Is Qrop K better than muriate of potash (MOP)?
Qrop K is chloride-free and gives nitrate nitrogen as well, so it suits sensitive vegetables. MOP is cheaper for crops that tolerate chloride.
Can I dissolve it for drip irrigation?
Yes. It dissolves well in water. Follow the label rate.
