Frequently asked questions
How long does Pride One F1 take to mature?
About 70-75 days after transplanting, plus 3-4 weeks in the nursery.
What spacing should I use for Pride One F1?
About 45 cm between plants and 60 cm between rows gives good head size. Closer spacing gives smaller heads.
Can I save seed from my Pride One F1 harvest?
No. It is an F1 hybrid, so seed from your crop will not grow true and yields drop. Buy fresh seed each season.
What soil does this cabbage need?
Fertile, well-drained soil with pH between 6.5 and 7.5. Add compost or manure before planting.
